Born and raised in Florida, I have always loved reading. My family is a family of readers, and it trickled down to me as well. Reading has always been my hobby, writing has now become my life. I took a chance on a passion that I didn't even know I had, and it has been the best experience so far. I have met some amazing people in the writing industry and really pushed myself to become more than I ever thought I would be.

I want to give my readers the chance to fall away from the real world and become engulfed in the lives of my characters. It is important to me that my readers feel like they are living within the book, and they can relate to the story and what is taking place. I want them to feel like they are connected to my characters.

Raw emotion is what I try to invoke when I am writing, and it means so much to me when I receive feedback that someone was able to feel the emotion that I put into my stories. I don't just write to have something to do. I write because it is who I am.

Being a full time employee, mother and wife, writing has become a means of escape for me. A place where my imagination can run wild, and I am able to allow myself a freedom where I can be as creative as possible.
